I highly recommend that you use the Facebook support group to log your daily food, take pictures, ask questions and get my full support to ensure you get the best results possible.
Please remember this is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix!
The changes I advise you to make are all manageable and will give you long term results, but it is important that you learn to read your body, be your own detective and figure out what works best for you. We all have completely different lives, bodes, needs and circumstances, so therefore we cannot expect to all eat the same way and get results.
Use the tools I give you in the videos and apply them to YOU as an individual.
