Who Is Emma?

I have spent the past 15 years within the health and fitness industry.

The past 7 years coaching stressed, burnt out people to regain control over their life, health and happiness.

I suffer with depression, but have great control on this through continually learning and improving my self awareness and self development.

I have suffered stress for many years, burnout twice and postnatal depression.

So I have both professional and personal experience within this area.

My goal is to help women who have been through what I have, so they no longer feel lonely and have a way out to a successful life, family and career.
