Are you organised and ready? or are you a last minute panic shopper?
How successful we are in life totally depends on how organised we are
‘Fail to prepare, prepare to fail’
Time management, something so many people are poor at, and wonder why they never succeed with their goals, why things never work out for them, and why oh why they are so unlucky
Luck has absolutely nothing to do with it, organisation skills however, do!
As I have discussed with you before now, planning and prepping your meals, workouts and whole healthy lifestyle is vital to achieve your goals
Well Christmas time is no different
This can be such a stressful time
People everywhere, jam packed shops, and stress levels through the roof
stress that we can prevent, by being more organised
Christmas is a time for fun, love and relaxation with loved ones, not for stress!
planning shopping trips in advance, avoiding busy weekends, and saving up to prevent  money worries
So many people leave things until last minute and causing themselves a huge amount of stress
Along with all of this, people will fall off the health and fitness wagon as they feel they have no time to prep healthy meals or time to workout
Even if you cannot work around this, fitting in walks daily will benefit massively as they will reduce stress hormones and help you deal with the crazy hectic festive season
it is important to remember to still eat as well as possible too
Junk food, excess sugar and alcohol will put the body under more stress, so be more mindful of your lifestyle around this time
Since I finished my Coaching Programme 2 years ago with my mentor, and I have organised my life better, my stress has reduced massively
Of course as a business owner, I get chaotic times, where I need to step back and reassess things again, but nowhere near like I used to
Keeping a daily journal, and planning the next day, week makes my life so much easier
It has also freed up some time for me to now relax in the evenings instead of spending it all on my laptop doing work
And I am so much more successful in all aspects of my life, now that I have a system in place and I plan ahead
I find this to be true with my clients too
The ones who always do well are the ones who start journaling, planning and prepping
Success in anything does not just land on your lap, you have to put the work in
Initially this may seem daunting, but once you get into a habit, it becomes easier
So try and take these tips on board and make these small changes
You still have plenty of time to make a plan and prevent yourself from getting stressed out over Christmas, so do it today!
