Ok so the weather is changing and some of us are more susceptible than others to frequent colds and infections. This may be due to a vitmin C deficiency.

Vitamin C plays a protective role in our bodies, it acts as an antioxidant and prevents cell damage.

Vitamin C is not synthesised in our bodies therefore we must get it from our diet. Everyones individual need for vitamin C is different and some people may need to supplement vitamin C to gain the best protection for their bodies.
