So last month I attended a workshop with International fitness presenters Jay Banks and Kelly Emmas pic pickCroppedWEBReed-Banks. This was a Cross Training Challenge workshop. Therefore, had a lot of different elements. We covered bootcamp, cross fit, Metabolic training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). As well as a challenge set up by Jay which was hardcore. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. Even with it being a Saturday and the end of my working week teaching classes, I was very tired and didn’t anticipate having a full on afternoon of extreme training, but it was fab. I met lots of other Personal Trainers and instructors and networked and brainstormed ideas. I love workshops like this as I love to pick up new ideas from others and learn from highly recognized presenters to pass new training ideas
