dumbellsMy Shapes Change fat loss challenge is going great, I have run this for the last 2 months now and the results are awesome. This consists of gym membership at Shapes, 3 additional sessions a week with me, nutrition plan, recipes, E-handbook with tips and advice. Last months top 3 were Jodie Murray losing 8.2 lb, 12.5 inches and 1.3% body fat. Deidre Titchener lost 8.4 lb, 7.8 inches and 1.3% body fat and Jess Jones lost 5.2 lb, 8.5 inches and 1.5% body fat. Well done ladies excellent results.
Some of the extra sessions with me are HIIT (high intensity intervals) which all of the participants found very hard to start, but fitness levels and technique have improved massively. I am very proud of every one taking part as the effort and enthusiasm is fantastic.
